Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.

Delivery Time Estimates

Delivery timeframes are calculated from the date of dispatch, not from the date the order is placed.

Delivery Attempts

If a parcel cannot be delivered due to customer unavailability or unsuccessful contact, it may be returned to the sender. Additional verification may be required for future orders in such cases.
